Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MND Engineering Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

MND Engineering Solutions offers manufacturing services, including but not limited to engineering solutions, product design, and fabrication.

Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by MND Engineering Solutions. Payment terms, including prices, fees, and payment schedules, are detailed in our invoices. Please meet payment obligations to ensure timely deliveries and to avoid having services terminated services.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property developed or used while providing services, including but not limited to designs, prototypes, and manufacturing processes, shall remain the property of MND Engineering Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the provision of services and not to disclose such information to third parties without written consent. And whenever needed we can agree to sign mutual NDAs.

Quality Assurance

MND Engineering Solutions is committed to delivering high-quality products. In the event of defects or non-compliance with specifications, please refer to our warranty policy for information on returns, repairs, or replacements.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates, and MND Engineering Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Shipping costs are specified in the order and are the customer’s responsibility.

Termination of Services:

MND Engineering Solutions reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to non-compliance with these terms, non-payment, or other reasons deemed necessary by the company.

Limitation of Liability

MND Engineering Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the use of the Services will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (http://www.adr.org/).

Changes to Terms

MND Engineering Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent.
